10. Shipping and Delivery

Our standard domestic shipping terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Orders are generally delivered within 4–7 business days

  • Free shipping is available on orders of ₹1,299 or more

  • Orders below ₹1,299 may incur shipping charges shown at checkout

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Returns and Replacements

Our Return & Replacement Policy forms part of these Terms.

RugZari's standard commercial replacement policy allows eligible customers to request a replacement within 7 days of delivery where the product arrives damaged or the wrong product has been supplied.

Our policy does not provide general change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Cancellation

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact RugZari as soon as possible after placing it.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests before processing or dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory cancellation or refund right, that law will prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on the RugZari website is owned by or licensed to RugZari.
